The terms, short and without small print
- —110 € minimum spend per hour on food and drink. It is calculated at the end; anything missing is paid by the organiser.
- —The buffet has to be ordered two weeks before the event.
- —The kitchen closes at 10:00 pm.
- —Free cancellation up to two weeks before, after that a 110 € cancellation fee.
- —Karaoke, sound system and projector are covered by the minimum spend.

Hiring the function room: how it works
There is no room hire. Instead a minimum spend per hour applies to food and drink; whatever is missing at the end is rounded up.
Send us the date, the time, a rough number of guests and whether you want a buffet or à la carte. We will come back to you with a confirmation.
Please enquire at least two weeks ahead. A buffet has to be ordered two weeks before the date as well, and the kitchen closes at 10:00 pm.

Karaoke comes with the room: the sound system, projector and karaoke are fitted and covered by the minimum spend — no surcharge, no hire fee. You decide how the room is set up: long table, standing reception or a stage at the front.

- No. A minimum spend per hour applies to food and drink; the amount is at the top of this page. It is calculated at the end, and the organiser pays whatever is missing.
- Do karaoke, sound system and projector cost extra?
- No, all three are covered by the minimum spend.
- When do I have to order the buffet?
- Two weeks before the date.
- Until when can I cancel for free?
- Up to two weeks before the date. After that a cancellation fee applies.
- When does the kitchen close?
- The kitchen closes at 10:00 pm.
